"Room was modern and clean with motorized curtains glass window shower, our breakfast was included which was also great. Staff was helpful location is great! "

"The room allotted to us initially had bugs in it. 2nd room that was allotted was relatively ok but the washroom was especially poorly kept. The 1 star is only for the front desk staff. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When asked for it, they said they don’t provide it and if we want to get anything ironed we have to give it to them which is will take at least 30 mins."

"Hotel is terribly dirty. Got to my room to find out a nasty toilet. Pictures were probably taken years ago, but it does not represent real condition of hotel. If possible, avoid it."

"The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. I also modified my reservation before arriving and before the cancellation time, but the hotel did not honor this and charged me extra even though I...
