"This hotel seems to be run by scammers. It does not actually exist in Iganga...it is actually in the Masese area of Jinja. It is about 6 miles from Jinja and 20 miles from Iganga so I think its wrong for them to claim that the hotel is in Iganga. We had a very stressful time trying to find this hotel after arriving in Iganga. Luckily we were able to find another hotel in Iganga. Hotels.com were useless in trying to get us our refund after we had pre-paid for this hotel. They never gave me any...

"I didn’t check in because I was told I didn’t have booking. Yet I had confirmation from Expedia. I was told hotel was full. Good enough out of the hotel staff assistance I got another hotel where I could spend a night. It was bad to arrive at night and you are told you have no booking that should be done much earlier."

"We stayed here only one night. The family room we got for 4 was very small and hot. Mosquito nets on the beds were nice although we saw very few mosquitoes. Bathroom did not have very hot water and of course, as all of the places we stayed at on Uganda, no shower curtain. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful although not very friendly. Location was not close to very much. The Wifi did not work at all."
