"The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful. The hotel was steps away from the train station which was perfect when dragging around our luggage. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the Old city. I would recommend it."

"Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location. The view from the breakfast hall looking down on the castle/town is wonderful. Bus 65 stop Spiez Grueb is about 3 minutes walk from hotel. It takes approximately 10 minutes to and from the bahnhof in Spiez. The selection of music channels on the tv is great."

About a three minute walk from the Victoriaplatz tram stop but it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bern if you’re feeling energetic. Get the tram back though as it’s uphill !! Alternately it’s a ten minute walk to the Rosengarten for that perfect view of Bern. The room was immaculate but could be a little bigger - but what do you expect from a...

"A very nice room in the beautiful old town. We enjoyed opening the big windows and sitting in the chairs watching the street with our morning coffee. "
