"Negative: it was my first time as self checkin, it took sometime I figure it out, as there was no staff late night; nevertheless, I manage to do everything well. Nothing that would compromise the stay. Positive: room is very nice, cool decoration, great shower, stunning view at the balcony to the castle. "We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location.
