" A short distsnce outside Potes, nice chalet style hotel. Clean & basic, but comfortable with lounge & garden that caught the evening sun. Nearby restaurant was closed the night we stayed. WiFi signal needs boosting to reach all rooms, but was fine in lounge area, near reception. Friendly & efficient staff. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate."

"Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm."

"This hotel was an overnight stop off between the coast of Asturias and Rioja. It was very affordable. It did not have the charm of the old buildings but everything we could wish for was there. "We experienced a warm welcome, the room was as you would expect in a building of this period. The bed was not very comfortable but the hot bath made up for it.There was a nice view of the mountains from the window. We ate in the restaurant and although the starter (goats cheese and caramelized onion) was delicious the Main course (Steak with roast potatoes and roast vegetables) was so salty it was inedible. Also theroast potatoes were substituted with chips. On the whole a very disappointing...

"Basic, and maybe what should be expected for the price, but very noisy (a recurring theme in Spanish hotels). ‘Free’ Wi-Fi didn’t work, when this was pointed out to the proprietor, he just shrugged. That’s alright then 😂. You have to keep a sense of humour."

"We liked everything. The property is a house in the middle of Espinama where you obviously feel the Picos de Europa vibe. Room was comfortable and clean. The people attending the place super friendly. Will love to stay there a little more"
