"My favorite spot in Tbilisi, the room was excellent, breakfast with lots of options even chocolate fountain, terrace had some flower upgrades and is so nice. Service as usual, got upgrade. It is not a large hotel but by far is so cozy and luxurious, slept well, location top"

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring Tbilisi by foot, the room was nice and even though it was next to the restaurant there was no noise. Only real complaint is the poor breakfast options. Very limited choice and was not frequently topped up. "

"I made a reservation at this hotel in the morning and tried to check in in the evening, but the hotel said there were no rooms available, kicked me out on the street, and did not even compensate me for the damage or give me a refund. I am very saddened to have had this experience in my lovely country, Georgia."
