Owners are friendly and very responsive to any queries or assistance required. We had a restful and relaxing stay in this little nature paradise. A great place for a reflective retreat. "The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone could possibly want. We found the home to be very clean. The beds were comfortable though not enough spare blankets to match the climate, so my guests were cold at night. The main bathroom was fabulous!!! "This hotel is more like a backpackers, it has permanents living there. Dirty, smelly and noisy at night. . Smelt of smoke even though not supposed to smoke. Bathroom was VERY old and hairs on floor. Carpet was dirty, curtains were hanging off hooks. The outside of the building would turn you away straight away, but inside was far worse. "It is just like it's name "santuary". It was our little santuary, our home for our body and mind to rest,restore and recharge. Susie and John were very attentive and make sure we have everything we need and even open up the pool for us when it became available. We feel very welcomed and grateful.
