"Our rooms were clean and modern. We had everything we needed. It was a bit difficult to find and navigate, but once here, we enjoyed it very much. We had a good place to eat nearby with great service by the sea. The breakfast was very good."

"Wonderful hotel that was clean and had a spacious room with a view of the ocean where we were able to open the window and listen to the waves all night. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended a great dining option. This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at on our 11 day journey through Europe."

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit. "

"We loved staying here and the location was perfect. It was nice and quiet but a very short, scenic walk from the old town. Great swimming behind the hotel and the breakfast was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!"

"It was our second time at Maistra Funtana. And we have already booked for next year, again. A very well organized and very good managed hotel. It should deserve at least 4*. Tasty food, clean and recently renovated rooms, a lovely pool kids pool and a nice beach with a lot of included sports offerings. Staff was always very nice and friendly - especially to both of our kids. Thank you Maistra Funtana team. See you next year! "

Very quite pedestrian village, which is accessible only by shuttle bus, just leave your car parked in the underneath car park, and explore this small hilly village on foot. Stumbled upon this village whilst driving towards Rovinj in Croatia.

Great for family trip

"We stayed for only three nights but had an entirely positive experience. We had a large and spacious room with a separate bedroom. Nearby restaurants offered good food and great service, and an indoor swimming pool, included in the price, was just steps away. We will definitely return."

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"
