"The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main bread and butter. Meanwhile, the Ibis side—where we stayed—had this trendy ghost town vibe....

"Hotel was excellent value for the price. Staff spoke english, which really helped as my french is very rusty. Beds were comfy, shower was powerful. Location was excellent, right on the beach front, with plenty of parking out front. Only 10 mins drive away from the ferry port. Only a short 5 min walk to the main town for restaurants, but breakfast was offered. Unfortunately we could not sample breakfast as we had to leave very early for our ferry home. Reception staff were available 24/7. Cannot...

Pas de lumière dans les toilettes en remplacement des veilleuses !! Une chambre qui fait a peine 4 m2 sans lumière. Cher pour un logement insalubre. "Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "

"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious.
