If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. "The hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard in an art deco style. The staff were friendly and helpful. Billie is in a central location with plenty of shops, places to eat and sights nearby. We found it to be very good value."
