"We really enjoyed the one bedroom suite for our family. It was nice being on the first floor. Check in and check out were a breeze. The price was decent for our large family. Free breakfast and gym was good. The staff were warm, kind and all smiles. The room was clean and quality was great. We would recommend and stay here again. Only recommendation was we had to ask for trash bags for the trash cans in our room. "

"Check in was great. However there's a $100 fee, I did not know about. The property is clean. The bed was not the best it squeak when you get on it. The pillows are smelly " that was very uncomfortable" did not use them. The bathroomin floor in this particular room needs a good scrub. The front desk/ breakfast area was nice and clean. Absolutely love the coffee machine and coffee. In general it was a pleasant stay."

"I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. Most clientele appeared to be crackheads and no amenities were available. Furniture was worn out and covers torn. Evening clerk packed up and went home and if you called...

"Our family loved that we had room to spread out and enjoy our own space. The rooms were spacious and the entire house was very well stocked. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered our questions promptly. We hope to stay there again when we return to the area."
