Problem only on check out which set us back half an hour - staff could not overcome a computer set back which may be evident that a general upgrade to hotel facilities and staff training may be required"

"Short bus ride from Ferrari museum which was part of the reason for our stay. However just be aware the hotel is quite a long way from town - about 30 minutes by bus - and a second bus to the train station from there. Also the buses finish before 8pm so late arrivals by train don't work so well. It is about 30 euros by taxi from town. So works best if you have a car. However the hotel is very comfortable and friendly, nice breakfast room too. "
