"I could have rated this hotel very highly, as the facilities are good, the room was very clean and it has a great location just steps away from the old quarter and overlooking it from its most picturesque angle. However, on this last point it did let me down, as I had selected it over other hotels exactly for its views, I had made a very clear request on my booking that I would very highly appreciate a room at the front with a view, but when I got there not even that late in the day and not at...

"Me gustó mucho el enclave, pero no es lo que buscaba. Debían especificar que se ajusta más a estancias de retiro y aislamiento. La habitación sin TV. A 1 Km de la carretera por un camino; a 18 km. del Ayllón (único pueblo con servicios). Para el poco o nada servicio que tiene el hotel, caro. Todos los servicios complementarios de SPA, comidas, desayuno, etc., aparte. Ochenta euros sólo por dormir, con entrada a las 17:00 y salida a las 11:30, caro."
