"This is a lovely hotel, and our room was beautiful. We loved Grazalema. Our only critique is that we opted to include dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, our dinner was limited to 2 choices of entree, neither of which was appealing to us. Also, the breakfast was not as good as other places we stayed in Spain & Portugal. If I were to stay here again, I would not include the dinner. "

"The place is gorgeous, you feel so relax. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable for a family of 4. The only issue I had was the water in the pool was very cold, but either way we got in and enjoyed it. We had the breakfast buffet, which was delicious. We will definitely be back."

"Really lovely place to stay. Central to all the sights to see in Ronda. Very nice lady greeted us at reception and showed us to our room. "This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to make a booking for. So many things were wrong it's hard to list them. Swimming pool was empty but for a stagnant puddle of algae and flies buzzing. TV didn't work. Toilet cistern misfunction. Overflowed or didn't' stop. Needed to be manually operated by lowering or raising the float mechanism. Worst of all there was no hot water. It was a double bed but only three pillows provided.
