"Downtown area, our stay was on a separate building so it was an apartment building not a hotel room. It was ok but no air conditioning. Would not recommend for summer hot days."

"I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. The hotel seems to have many English guests and, perhaps as a result, my room had a kettle which is not common in Swiss hotels.
