Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. "It’s a decent place and I suppose you get what you pay for staff for really friendly came back late and wasn’t sure how to get back in as the there’s no key for the front door I didn’t realise you had to press the buzzer no sign and it was a little dark down there but apart from that the room was decent and staff were really nice and friendly "

"It was perfect for overnight to cruise ship. The city is walkable with an excellent city pass for sites. The mosaics are wonderful in the city. Make sure you know how to walk thru the train station to get on the right side of the street. You do not need to walk all the way around the station, the hotel is on the opposite side of the city center."
