"They loaned me an umbrella as it suddenly started to rain. They never came out to see an issue i had with the small safe in the room. The cleaning staff didn't vacuum the room throroughly. Very clean property. Breakfast buffet was adequate."

For what we paid for we got a very nice hotel, however it’s a little far from the centre so if the metro/overground isn’t working there’s not that many transport links which was quite difficult. We also didn’t have AC and when we opened the window it was quite loud (maybe a generator). Breakfast didn’t have many veggie options, just eggs, cheese and bread.
