"신축이라 시설이 깨끗하고 렌즈 세척액, 다이슨 에어랩, 휴대폰 충전기 등 전부 대여할 수 있고 어매니티부터 고데기까지 전~~부 있어서 몸만 오면 됩니다. PC도 피시방처럼 게임 전부 깔려있고 OTT도 웬만한 건 로그인 없이 전부 이용할 수 있어요. 사장님도 친절하시고 카페테리아랑 세탁실도 무료입니다. 다음에 군산 오면 또 이용하고 싶어요 ^^"

"직원의 실수로 ktx 기차도 놓치고 대신 고속버스로 서울을 갈수있도록 도움을 부탁하였는데 이것도 날자를 다른날자로 구입을 해주어서 직원의 두번째 실수로 고속버스도 놓침 참으로 황당하였습니다. 저의 잘못도 있었습니다.직원이 탑승날자가 다른날로 구입한 티겟을 확인하지않고 호텔을 택시타고 고속 터미날로 가서 확인이 되어 버스도 놓침 미국에서 오랜만에 한국방문을해서 잘몰라 내 스스로 구입을 하지 못한것을 후회하였습니다. 그러나 실수이었기에 이해하기로 하였습니다. 감사합니다."

"We loved the stay. It is a hanok, which means we slept on a futon, but I would not want it any different. The staff let us check in early and stored our luggage until it was time to leave. We received a letter translated to English on our arrival as they did not speak a lot of English. Their understanding of English was better than my understanding of Korean. Prior to our arrival, they also sent us detailed instructions for us to give the taxi driver. I hope to go back some day."

"There was a beautiful lake park nearby, so it was nice to take a walk, and there were restaurants and cafes around the lake park, which was nice."
