"The lady at the reception provided great hospitality. She was so friendly and gave us a lot handy travelling tips around the area. I wouldnt have rated this hotel as high if it was not because of her. Hotel room is a bit dark and worn out but acceptable in general."

"The owners were very nice and the food was excellent. The room was nice however we were disappointed with the bathroom. We expected a jacuzzi tub, but the jets didn’t work in the tub. There was no shower head, only a hand-held faucet, plus there was no shower enclosure. Made it a challenge to wash without creating a mess all over the bathroom. "

"We arrived at the hotel a day late due to a flight cancellation and the front desk staff could not have been more warm and welcoming after what became nearly a 48 hour journey for my sister and me. They actually upgraded us to a sea view room at their newly renovated sister hotel which is right next door. MH Hotel Varazze. Accommodation is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Mariella was lovely and truly a Six Star host who went above and beyond to help us sort out a rental car issue. Definitely recommend"
