"The hotel was comfortable with beautiful grounds. The shower in my bathroom leaked water under the wall to the underside of the sink. It didn't affect my stay but it revealed the age of the room. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. "

"Did not respect reservation. I had to make last minute changes to find a new hotel during the most busy weekend in Goroka during the Goroka Show. The staff came up with horrible excuses saying that they had fired the person in charge of online reservations. From my plane, 7 other people were in the same situation. Staff utterly unhelpful."

"Excellent business hotel and very convenient for Nadzab airport compared to the town hotels. Clean, modern rooms with an external balcony. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Feels very safe. Magnificent swimming pool. Expansive views to the southern mountains from the rooms, pool and restaurant. Great pool bar too !
