"Absolutely fabulous food"

"Never again will I use this hotel or Hotels.com. I had booked and paid for 3 rooms for my party of 4 persons. I was given two rooms and charged for 5 breakfasts. When I complained to the receptionist/owner I was met with the 'I don not understand' attitude. Hotels.com have been less than useful. Avoid,avoid, avoid. You have been warned"

I called but got their answering machine. I messaged them that I would pay cash if credit card was a problem for them. I got no response. I went to the Chateau on the 28th, the day before my reservation to make sure there was no problem. The gate was locked and had a message saying that they were fully booked. I called again...
