"Convenient location, friendly staff. Lots to do in the area. Breakfast wasn’t great for the money but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"

"It’s located in the middle of nowhere. We couldn’t check in and looked for different hotel. No refund received. They even took a city tax for no stay. Couldn’t believe it’s on Expedia list."

"Tried contacting them to say we will arrive late but couldn’t get through. Check in instructions were sent but went to my spam email. So arrived and couldn’t get hold of anyone on the out of hours number. Eventually we did after maybe an hour. "
