"We very much enjoyed the use of the kitchen, stocked with knifes, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, glasses, cutting boards, oven, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, fridge and freezer….to name a few! Tables and chairs and also some additional food needs were available. We also appreciated the containers for empty bottles, so as to have them recycled! It was mostly clean and someone came regularly to empty the recycling and clean up after those who don’t…smile. I am a tidy and clean freak so I did...

"We found this place by chance and were glad we did. It was lovely! Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. The couch in our bedroom was a bit shabby but we spent our time downstairs visiting with other guest and the manager. "

When I arrived, I was told by the person, who checked me in that the room I had booked, the Classic room, only had a shared bathroom a fact I had not noticed at the reservation. "This was a delightful, quiet spot in a lovely garden. The hosts were friendly, and offered snacks and cold drinks after a day of exploration. Highly recommended. "

"I had a good night staying at Anette's place, but travellers should be aware that the bathroom is shared with other guests and faces directly onto the communal area - I had to wait to use it in the morning, and then the other guest was having a long conversation right outside the door with Anette which meant I couldn't feel relaxed! But the bed, the room itself, the bathroom and the kitchen facilities were all good, as was the garden which I was able to sit in. "
