When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. "The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"We needed to wait for a long time for someone to open the main door both at the time of arrival and during check out. The page of the hotel advertise free parking but it wasn't. The "free" parking was on the street and only during the night. When we asked for a longer parking place the hotel charged us 10€. The staff was very nice and polite despite those problems! "
