"Good location. Very quiet. Room was fairly small although that might be standard for Seoul. Very confusing information featuring an elegant 19th floor lounge and yet no 19th floor on the elevator !? Friendly, helpful staff. "

"Had the loveliest time here! Where to start? From the central location (walkable to most main places in central Seoul, incl. sights, Jongno and Myeong-dong areas for shopping, dining etc.) to the rooms which were impeccably clean, modern and cared for. "Excellent place. I like the Splasir in Dongdaemun better because the desk chairs there are more comfortable and there is a mini fridge in those rooms. That being said - staff here at Myeongdong are fab - and so is the location."

"Overall this hotel is great. Clean and easy to find. Located at Meyongdong which is close to lots of shopping areas. I would like to specially thank Luna and Rachael at reception. "This place is very beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the staff are very friendly. The showers are HOT and have adjustable HIGH pressure. It is also located near Bukcheon Hanok village, which is my favorite place in Seoul to walk and shop. This place has a nice mix of traditional style and modern comfort. "Room was extremely hot reached 27C, couldn’t sleep at all. Called to the front desk was told there’s nothing they could do, brought a tower fan to us and suggested me to open the window. Not assertive to solve the problem. "

"Very clean and orderly. The room was small by Western standards but contained what we needed. The only complaint we would have would be the thermostat. "The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"The property is away from Seoul. From the airport, it takes 2.5 hours to reach via subway with one transfer at Seoul Station. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. I was a bit surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. The bathroom was fitted with a Bidet, separate shower, and bathtub. The area is very safe. I did not venture after 10 pm. You will hardly find any tourists. I went to visit a Buddhist temple and hiked in the Soyosan mountains, which were very close by, like 3 subway stations away. "
