"El estacionamiento está muy seguro, tiene rejas y vigilante. El hotel está bien ubicado, pudimos pasear por todo el malecón a pie, tiene muchos locales cerca, una cafetería y un oxxo casi enfrente. La Jr suite se nos hizo muy grande en el buen sentido, es casi un mini departamento. La atención muy bien y el lugar limpio y con todos los servicios "

"Beautiful historic property. Very quiet at night and in the morning, which is so important for being on vacation. Well maintained pool area. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good in-house restaurant. Chef personally came out and greeted me. Chef also offered to modify any of the dishes on the menu to my preference. Can't beat that kind of service!"

"This property does not deserve to be included into the Expedia book of business. The unit was dirty, very poor maintained and very basic for the price I was charged. I would not recommend any Expedia customer to stay at this location. There are other properties in the same area that offers much better conditions and services if someone want to enjoy the life in Progreso. "

"Mal por el establecimiento las reglas no las publican en la página y al llegar tiene un reglamento , la toma de decisión de un lugar lo hace uno respecto a las restricciones del mismo , cambio todo mi viaje debido a esto , quien piense ir debe tomar en cuenta que solo permiten estar una hora en la alberca , independientemente si hay más usuarios o no … por si van con hijos y toman la decisión del lugar por la alberca . Los vigilantes son poco flexibles."
