"Le séjour n'a pas eu lieu car personne n'était là pour nous recevoir et l'établissement est dans un état lamentable (voir photos : piscine inaccessible, extérieurs très sales...). "The staff were helpful and flexible from the beginning, letting me into my room early on my arrival day and letting me keep it late before departure. Their resident taxi driver was on hand for transport.
