"We enjoyed a two night stay in this lovely hotel. However, I was angered by the fact that we initially took out the insurance policy that was advertised on the Hotels.com booking page, at the time of booking and then instantly, afterwards, we cancelled the insurance policy, as it wasn’t needed, only to find that we had still been charged by the insurance company Xcover.com, when my credit card bill arrived!! Shame on xcover.com!!"

"We only stayed for one night but it was really nice from the moment we walked in, With a helpful receptionist The room was a great size and bathroom was as well, very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was nice with good selection of hot and cold items. We used the swimming pool and the water was nice and warm and a nice padded floor in the pool and good shallow end for little ones, and also towels were provided by the reception of the pool area. "

Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel. "Lovely stay in Dorset Suite with 4 poster bed. Big and comfortable, but floor dips and is very creaky. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was great but bathroom a bit worn. Breakfast great and hotel receptionist was lovely. Just be aware that music may go on until 4am. "
