"The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was just right and facilitated a good nights rest. ALL the staff members were friendly and helpful. The laundry room was very well priced at $1 to wash with a washer capacity of about 4 loads and $1 to dry for 45 min. There was daily breakfast served. "It was a good stay. My room was spacious and clean. I did notice some malfunctions. The front door was stuck open and the elevator was down. I was on the first floor so it didn’t inconvenience me. My only complaint is the second door in my room located in the bedroom that went outside. I did not like that at all and cold air blew under it. Overall, I survived and got what I paid for. "

"Late check in went seamlessly and the front desk gal sounded genuinely happy to see us. Our room reserved for 4 people only had 3 towels and 3 washcloths which requires us to ask for another set and seems unnecessary. We ordered coffee drinks in the AM and the gal making the drinks did not seem to know what she was doing to make the drinks, seemed very nervous, ran out of milk and the drinks ended up flavorless.
