"This place was horrible beds broken no linens smelt like rotten fish and weed. The wall switches turned on lights in different rooms. It’s was horrible and a complete misrepresentation of what there website says. Do not stay here!!!!"

"The hotel itself was very nice. A lot to do in and out the hotel. Room had a good view. I won’t nitpick only gonna mention the relevant dislikes. No room service/housekeeping. Check in process was strange and invasive. We found roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the wall by our bed. I have multiple pictures. Utensils and cooking ware came with a little bit of a smell as well."

"The condo was very spacious. The resorts was walking distance to the beach. It is walking distance to other resorts which made it convenience for going around. The communication with customer service was excellent. "

"The CozySuites condo was big, clean and comfortable! I don't like a lot of clutter and it was spare but had everything necessary. The communication with the CozySuites team was excellent - they were so responsive and answered all my questions. The one issue had to do with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms (we had 3 with full showers for a 2 BR Condo!). "Extra pillows and linens were only given the next day of our stay. These things should aready be there when the quests arrives. Pets were even allowed to stay when I was told they're not. "
