"It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished. Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok."

"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. "The place is clean in general but now they are no longer making it a priority to maintain the place. I arrived and the room had pillow cases not ironed and the duvet cover was torn from inside. Early in the morning there was no water at all. Had to ask for a bucket and get water outside from the main tap to bath which was cold."
