"I booked for February instead of January. I made a separate booking in January at the front desk, outside of Orbitz. The hotel, which got my business at the time I needed it, refused to cancel the Orbitz reservation made mistakenly (by me) for the wrong date. So I paid for two stays when I needed but one. "

"Nice hotel. It was clean and had some nice amenities like coffee and cookies in the lobby. Staff was not overly friendly but were available to answer any issues and or questions. It was off season so not much to do around the area, but we were there for work. Breakfast area was under construction but the restaurant on the property was amazing. We only had the pleasure of visiting for breakfast, but the staff was friendly, efficient and the food was very good. "

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was very easy. The parking garage was separate from the hotel so it would have been nice to have a covered entrance into the hotel. We had a noise in our room that happened at 6:15am and again about an hour later, it was alarming and very disruptive as we had a late night from a concert, we did let the staff know and they were very apologetic about the disturbance and offered a discount to us. The breakfast options were not up to what was...
