"Such a great place to stay! We travel a lot by car between England and Sweden, so have stayed a few times now. We have two dogs that are welcome to stay in the hotel, and with one of us being celiac it’s possible to have breakfast as they offer great gluten free bread. There is also an electric charger to charge our car. "

"Stayed here a few times and it doesn't disappoint. German cleanliness and efficiency as to be expected. The rooms are nice, wouldn't describe them as the height of luxury - but this isn't a 5 star hotel, so you get what you pay for! There is no fridge in the room, which is a little strange for nowadays... Wi-fi works perfectly, plenty of parking, all the staff are very nice and accommodating. The general area outside is beautiful, very nice to walk around the lake. The sauna, pool and spa area...

"The welcome drink is a bottle of mineral water which I do not drink. Given the local price for beer it would have been a nice option. I realize coke products are expensive but beer is not...and its better than water for a welcome drink. imho."

"Free on-site parking was the main reason we booked this hotel and we could get a buffet breakfast included. Rooms are larger than average but dated, still have keys rather than cards for room entry. Buffet breakfast was extensive and well presented, woman assistant was friendly. As others have remarked the older gentleman on reception on our arrival wasn't particularly welcoming, in fact he was quite grumpy telling us all the things we couldn't do and that he wouldn't be there after 12am!
