"Super unique hotel, tucked into a very active mountain town. The roads all around are tiny and winding mountain village size. Hard to find and hard to drive/park, but that really adds to the experience of this unique and wonderful location. Inside the hotel is very modern, well built, clean. Staff very helpful, pulled the car out onto the street for us. Certainly would have helped us find and park if we had called ahead. "

"Nobody at reception, breakfast was served half a.n hour late on day we needed to get an early start cause we were hiking the Gorge. On the hotels website it said breakfast bags and a shuttle service could be arranged. But no help with that. The breakfast was worst we experienced in Greece so far. Hospitality and punctuality is not this hotels strong suit. A lot choices in the area, don’t ruin your holiday over a few bucks. "

"There is nothing like it in Ioannina. It’s a fabulous boutique hotel that is located in the best part of the city. If you appreciate major luxury hotels or ‘cool’ boutique hotels then definitely stay here. The staff is wonderful and very caring — my wife needed extra conditioner one morning and the owner offered her own, even driving to her nearby home to retrieve it."
