"Nice hotel with excellent very helpful staff"

"Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. Finally checked in to a suitable room 2 hours after arriving. Wasted most of my free time there as my stay was for...

"Right in the shopping area and only a few hundred yards from the harbour, we found the hotel comfortable and very good value for money, the staff were very pleasant although they couldn’t speak, much English but this didn’t detract from our stay. Nice room, clean sheets etc ,aircon, outside nice garden where we breakfasted. Parking tricky but not impossible."

"The hotel has nice gardens the pool is nice but needs cleaning and the umbrellas were too small. The rooms were spacious and cozy but need updating are Cupboard was broken couldn’t open it no in room safe there was a safe at reception no tea or coffee in the room beds were ok shower was great! Nice hotel enjoyed are stay just needs updating. Good location would stay again. "

"Room was nothing special and bathroom was dirty, the shower are was just some old flooring. Housekeeping came in twice over 4 nights, she took our old bedding off and left the new one in the bed for us to make. Also the towels only got changed once and when they did the old ones were just left on the floor. "Proximity to the beach, couldn't be closer 4 or 5 steps to sunbed. Spa on site. Excellent staff really went above and beyond."

"Pretty run-down 3* hotel. Food was very limited, hardly any choice, and so, so repetitive. But tasty. The *only* time in a week the housekeeping came to the room was to empty the one bin. No replacement towels, no change of linen, no re-stock of toiletries (only 3 tiny bottles supplied), no sweeping or cleaning, the toilet was revolting, the shower was powerful but kept falling out of its wall mounting... Outside, pool area was much better - lots of sunbeds, nice clean pool. Decent...

"Great hotel in a perfect location and staff is very helpful. The hotel looks new, rooms were modern and clean. I highly recommend to stay here as it will be hard to find a similar quality hotel in this price range. The marina, the beach, supermarkets are just steps away. I definitely plan to return. "

"The hotel needs general cleaning. The beverage options at the pool bar is very limited, cheap and not tasty. White wine served warm or with ice if asked. Dinner/breakfast poor quality. The hotel is in convenient location with bus stop, good just for one night for travelers"
