"The hotel is okay, the staff however were very unpleasant when we checked in. They argued with us that we even had a reservation there and only after insisting several times that we had a reservation did they check and saw we did. They didn’t seem to want us to be there. The interior is gaudy and one of the windows in our room was broken."

"Eventhough they don't speak english, but they really do make an effort to be helpful. I had a problem what the ATM machine swallowing my card, and manager (presumably) even accompanied me to the ATM machine to check, and helped call the bank's hotline. I was able to retrieve my card from the bank the next day, and he even dropped by my room to check-up on my card situation. Clean room, decent breakfast. Supermaket conveniently located just across the road."
