"My mom and I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were well decorated and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing from all areas. The staff was the highlight; so kind, so helpful, and so patient with our many questions as it was our first time there. 2 beautiful beaches at walking distance along with the fortress being just a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking, it was worth every penny. "

We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management. "Great hotel in a non-touristy part of Rhodes. It is run by an elderly couple and their adult children. The elderly couple don't speak much English, the daughter does. Ask for room 314 to get the best view of the sea. That was our room (recommended by another poster) and it was perfect - only problem is it overlooked a hotel which had loud karaoke on Friday night. "All in all I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Pefkos. Room was large and well laid out with a good-sized balcony. Nice pool and eating area. Location is also very central. "

"Firstly, this hotel is not on the beach and is a 15-20min walk into town. If you want a hotel that means you don't have to walk anywhere at all, this isn't for you. Right. The main restaurant is in the building close to the village centre and they do offer a very brief transfer between the two with an electric car at breakfast and dinner time. All hotel staff is absolutely great. On the negative, cleanliness could be better, especially for the swimming pool. Suggest to rent a car as public transport is lean. "
