"Wotif falsely advertised room as having 2 double beds. The hotel does not have rooms with 2 double beds. Yet we paid for the advertised 2 bed room. The room did have a few holes in the wall and cobwebs in the corner of the room, stained bed cover but clean sheets and towels. The communal showers were filthy. Would not trust Wotif or stay at this hotel again"

"The room was spacious and very comfortable. We arrived late and they had a late check in service which they explained their late check in procedure and it was handled well and easy to follow. The fact that it was a cold rainy night and when we opened the door to our room to find the heater was already on and the room nice and warm was a really nice touch. This fact alone made me and my family not only grateful they went that extra mile to make the room comfortable and welcoming, but it showed...
