I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. The man was waiting for us...asleep on the couch behind his desk. "What I didn’t like was that it says that the restaurant has a coffee shop which I understood that it’s supposed to be a place that sells sandwiches and some snacks, but all they had was a bar and a vending machine. Other than that it was a nice and quiet place. "

"Whilst on the surface the hotel does not look like the grand hotels we often stay in. This hotel exceeded in experience many times. The staff are wonderful, kind and patient with a traveller. The food is very good. The breakfast set up exceeds many 5 star hotels. The location is very nice, next to a park and a river. Very relaxing and comfortable. "
