The staff when above and beyond to make it a great stay. The breakfast was outstanding, the pool was heated and fun, there were personal touches like Broncos flags and painted murals, and there was a free and easy shuttle to and from the airport. "Property is located in a good spot in downtown Boise. Walking distance to much of the nightlife downtown. The staff was not as friendly as they could have been, but still helpful. Shower had a crack in tile, as did the toilet. For a hotel of this caliber I would expect a little better."
