"Meersburg and the hotel were something of a revelation to us. Only there for an overnight stay but will certainly be back. Our room was pleasant, clean, seemingly recently refurbished, and very well appointed / designed / set out, with guests’ convenience in mind. The hotel is directly on the lakeside, and our room looked out on to the ferry quay. Peaceful and beautiful. "We had a great time. The apartment was just what we needed with 2 bedrooms. The staff was super friendly. The food at the resturant was excellent. I wish i got the server and chefs name, best meal in germany so far. We were able to walk down to a park a few blocks away to view the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area. "

"We enjoyed our stay and although a little dated the room was a good size and the balcony was worth paying extra for. We had a ground floor room which was handy as we travel with our two mini dachshunds. Breakfast was ok, adequate and offered good seating areas. Parking was free and just outside the door. "

"What a beautiful area. We had a great stay here. Very comfortable bed, clean room, and snacks available. As soon as I made the reservation, I received a message from the hotel about checking in after hours. Do yourself a favor...don't wait until you're sitting in the parking lot at 9:00 pm, trying to get in, to translate the message. It all worked out, though, and we had a wonderful time. Lots of trails to explore. "
