"The hotel is beautiful, it should be considered a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was nice and helpful. We used the laundry service once and it was wonderful. Only one downside was the lack of towels and the wait for it but other than that, everything was amazing at the hotel! I’d definitely stay at this hotel again and I’d recommend it to friends and family. "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "
