I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. "We had an excellent 5 night stay at the Hotel Conradi. Chose a triple room for extra space which worked well. The room had stunning views in 2 directions, was quiet, comfortable and roomy. It is an older-style hotel, not flash, but comfortable with plenty of room for our 2 small cases (unlike many other Italian hotels). Breakfast was simple but tasty with good local meats and cheeses on offer. We hope to return to the hotel."

"Absolute fantastic for families with young kids (up to 10). You get spacious apartment with great mattress, with well equipped kitchen, with dish soap, salt/pepper, dishwasher and its detergent. Ours was also wheelchair friendly which made it especially convenient with a stroller (and a baby). There was just one catch in our experience: room service wasn't available over the weekend. We spent 4 nights and we realized it on Friday night (weekend spent in a bit messy room). It wasn't mentioned...

"We booked this property for a same day stay because of an unexpected overnight stay in Chur. Expedia said that it was 6 miles from Chur. This is not true. It was going to cost us over $200 in Uber fees to get there. We decided to book another room and eat the cost of this one. Someone from the hotel reached out and asked us if we were still coming. "We had a lovely stay at the Posthotel Valbella. It's walking distance (or one bus stop) to the Valbella lift, and easy to access the Rothorn lift or the center of town by Sportbus or regular bus in about 10 minutes. The room was very comfortable, the pool and wellness area was great, and the attached restaurant had very good food. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We would certainly come back and recommend it to any families. "

"When we arrived, we were not greeted warmly, almost accusing us of not having a reservation. While we were searching, she took a phone call and said” ah yes !
