"This hotel is very well located on the water, close to the central part of town. The room and staff were nice, but the AC in the room did not work and the windows could not be opened. It was hot and stuffy in the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep."

Sadly this room(215), did not have a view of the harbour, although the hotel is located right on the harbour.
