"It is not what is advertised, leaking and falling ceilings, mouldy bathrooms, dirty, smelt weird and don't know how this can be classified as a 3 star hotel.... cancelled our booking immediately and owner/management was completely unhelpful and trick you with false information. Its quiet and gives a feeling of "being home away from home" real meaning. The security arrangements is excellent and the caretaker (Brenda) is just fantabulous! The power arrangement is great and even load shedding has no effect on the comfort and ambience of Acacia Place. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
