"I needed a cheap hotel for my hotel and decided to book hotel Serhan. I had stayed there before, so I knew what I was getting. This time I got a bit bigger room that was a nice surprise. The service in the hotel is just ok and the breakfast is the typical Turkish breakfast. The rooms are cleaned regularly but they are a bit old. I would give 3 stars out of 5."

"I have never really seen such dirty accommodation. The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded...

"Right in the shopping area and only a few hundred yards from the harbour, we found the hotel comfortable and very good value for money, the staff were very pleasant although they couldn’t speak, much English but this didn’t detract from our stay.
