"The hotel was beautiful and the staff beyond helpful.. Location was perfect in a beautiful street close to the main square and walking distance to everything. But you must be aware that its a small city ad taxi service is limited... i had to walk to the hotel from the train station and also on my way back.. all the taxis.were fully booked.. 1.4 km not bad but.with a suitcase is not fun... this not the hotel's fault... but you must be aware (the same is i guess for all hotels) "

"This is a nice hotel that is close to the main square without being too close. The free parking is only free at night and on holidays. It doesn’t have an elevator and the bathroom in our room was in a separate area from the toilet. The staff person was friendly but it was inconvenient to have to wait until 6pm to check in. The bed was comfortable, though, the room was clean and it had a small fridge."

"This converted 18th-century home was the perfect stay for my family. Rooms were beautiful and clean, and the bathroom was a good size. Our room was on the 2nd level, which made me concerned about the street noise, but the area was so quiet and peaceful we slept with ease. We will be back to stay the next time we are in Rocheforte. "This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "
