"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us. "Used this hotel for a stop off driving from italy. Great little hotel, right off the motorway so easy to get to, reasonable resturant and a pool for a refreshing dip after a very long drive. Nice clean and comfortable room too. "

"This hotel is in an old abbey that is being renovated. Guests are encouraged to check it out. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Many have a small sitting room with the bed and bath upstairs in a loft. "The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given.
