"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. "We were very disappointed with this hotel. The staff was very nice and most of the inconveniences were not their fault. However, the hotel has many deficiencies: there is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up flights of stairs, the hotel restaurant is not open on weekends which we were not told (and doesn't have an English menu).
