"Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный, нормальное месторасположения, но основной минус - всё в отеле страшно скрипит: кровати, половицы, лестница, что доставляет большие неудобства для отдыха. Звукоизоляция не на высоте, во время нашего приезда какая-то группа встала часов в 6:30-7:00, причем на другом этаже, так это напоминало общий подъем в пионерлагере, хотя соседи вели себя не шумно, а просто двигались по номеру. "Pros: The property is close to the centre of Màtrafüred, where the restaurants are, and it is also close to the hiking trails. It has a pool (though it is a bit dated) a kitchen and dining area for guests to use, as well as a sauna and a nice back garden in the woods. "My Last minute reservation had many supriseses for a 3*** hotel. Room was furnished with different kind of furniture. Electric cables were everywhere. Fridge was loud. Bathroom was not clear, shower gel was out from the shower cabin. Lightning was poor. Please check the photos. "

"Well located close to the city centre. No luxury but simple, decent and functional option for a stay that covers all the basics. Quiet area so you can get a good sleep. Breakfast is a buffet - not a huge selection but decent. Just a shame that bakery (rolls and buns) isn't fresh but rather from a previous day, which is hard to understand given the breakfast starts at 7am. Comes at a competitive price point so provides decent value for your money."

"Cozy hotel with impeccably clean rooms. Nice breakfast to start the day. The manager, Gabor, was anxious to meet every need and was willing to please. Location is at the foot of the castle in conveniently located to all the sites. The town is easily walkable and people are super friendly. Lots of great restaurants."
